The Modular Building Solutions headquarters is a hybrid facility that combines integrated modular units with traditional construction to showcase the flexibility of modern building methods. Located on a multi-acre site in Headingley, Manitoba, it doubles as an operational base and a living demonstration of what modular can do.

The Modular Building Solutions headquarters in Headingly, Manitoba isn’t just where we work, it’s a full-sized example of how modular construction works in the real world. The building shows how we use both modular and traditional construction methods to create smart, efficient spaces that meet real needs.
Every part of the site, from the office to the workshop, proves that modular construction is flexible, strong, and made to last.
Front Office
The front of the building is made from two modular units, placed on concrete foundations and carefully joined together. This area includes the front desk, meeting rooms, and main offices. It shows how modular buildings can look great and feel like any modern office.
Rear Office
Behind the main office is a single large modular unit. It was built in a factory and delivered mostly finished, with plumbing and electricity already installed. This space is used for operations and staff work areas.
Workshop
Next to the offices is a traditional stick-built workshop. It has a concrete floor, big garage doors, and space for tools and equipment. This is where we handle parts of projects that need custom work or preparation before delivery.
This mix of building types shows how modular and traditional methods can work together. We built this headquarters to prove that modular is not a limit-it’s a powerful option that saves time, cuts waste, and still delivers high-quality buildings.
