A client came to us after purchasing an unfinished office building and asked if we could bring the space to life through a full renovation. The building includes six office suites, and the client’s vision was to create a functional, flexible layout: two suites combined for CFS operations, one dedicated boardroom for meetings, and two central spaces left unfinished for future development and potential rental use.

Warm colour tones and beautifully crafted finishes were carried throughout, creating a space that feels both polished and welcoming. Within the CFS area, etched glass featuring Indigenous artwork adds a meaningful, distinctive element to the design, reinforcing the identity of the organization. The building also includes a large training kitchen, expanding the functionality of the space and supporting the client’s programming needs.

Working closely with the client, we managed the renovation from concept to completion - transforming the raw space into a finished, professional environment that supports their current needs while keeping long-term growth in mind. The result is a thoughtfully designed office building that reflects the client’s vision today and provides room for expansion tomorrow.
