How It All Began
Modular Building Solutions started in 2013 in Headingley, Manitoba. It began as a family effort: builders, tradespeople, and project leads who believed there was a better way to deliver remote construction projects.
We started by supplying homes to First Nations communities across Western Canada. From there, we grew into classrooms, shelters, healthcare spaces, and other commercial spaces. But our values haven’t changed.
We’re a committed agile team that stays close to the details. We choose the right projects, stay focused, and deliver exactly what we promise - with clarity and accountability in everything we do.
Our reputation has grown through word of mouth, not marketing. We consistently deliver exceptional service and results that clients trust.

We maintain a selection of homes in inventory to support rapid deployment when needed. Having inventory on hand allows us to respond efficiently to urgent or emergency housing situations, as well as time-sensitive projects.
