Modular Building Solutions started in 2013 in Headingley, Manitoba. It began as a family effort: builders, tradespeople, and project leads who believed there was a better way to deliver remote construction projects.
We started by supplying homes to First Nations communities across Western Canada. From there, we grew into classrooms, shelters, healthcare spaces, and other commercial spaces. But our values haven’t changed.
We’re a committed agile team that stays close to the details. We choose the right projects, stay focused, and deliver exactly what we promise - with clarity and accountability in everything we do.
Our reputation has grown through word of mouth, not marketing. We consistently deliver exceptional service and results that clients trust.
Our journey began with a simple approach: focus on the work that matters and do it well. Today, that same commitment drives our actions and shapes every project we take on.

We work with local suppliers and trades wherever possible. It’s better for communities, better for logistics, and better for the project. When building in a remote area, we always look for ways to keep the work close to home.

Safety is enhanced through modular construction, which greatly reduces onsite activity from trades and heavy equipment.
We don’t leave safety up to chance. We partner with trusted trades who know what it takes to keep people and property safe throughout the build.

Our builds are cleaner and faster than traditional site built construction. That means less time spent coordinating trades, fewer surprises, and a building that is ready when you need it. We're here to make life easier for the people who own, manage, and rely on these spaces.

We keep things clear from day one. No guesswork, no hidden costs, no last-minute surprises. Clients are provided accurate timelines and direct communication with the people doing the work. It’s how we stay aligned, stay accountable, and keep projects on track.

Every home we build is designed with its final location in mind, with careful consideration given to local climate zones and provincial building codes. From insulation and weather protection to overall energy efficiency, we ensure all requirements are met or exceeded. This gives you confidence that your home is built to support your comfort, safety and long-term peace of mind.

We maintain a selection of homes in inventory to support rapid deployment when needed. Having inventory on hand allows us to respond efficiently to urgent or emergency housing situations, as well as time-sensitive projects.
